HR Manager

Requirement:
• Maximum age of 37, bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
• Seeking a seasoned HR professional with at least 3 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record in recruitment, spanning 5+ years.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to compensation and benefit.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Can use microsoft office well, analytical person.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, disciplined, honest, and has high initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines, also ready for overtime.
• Placement in SCBD, open to hybrid work arrangements.
