Provide clear and concise explanations of both technical and non-technical issues, ensuring customers understand and feel supported. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective feedback. Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring follow-up actions lead to satisfactory resolutions and offering alternative solutions when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and comfort at all times, going the extra mile to build strong, lasting relationships. Clearly explain and inform customers about the products and services provided by the company, helping them make informed decisions. Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferably in Information Technology or Communication Studies). 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong verbal communication skills, enabling effective coordination with customers/clients. Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
